About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Programme Support Manager to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a Programme Support Manager, you will play a key role in delivering our People and Finance Transformation programme, specifically in our People function.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the People and Project Leadership Team in all data, administrative, reporting and project related deliverables
  2. Work with subject matter experts to migrate data, including some manual migration tasks when required
  3. Review data accuracy, log findings and errors
  4. Work with subject matter experts to execute tests and reports
  5. Support the People Systems Team in data cleansing and enrichment tasks
  6. Record and distribute the outcomes of findings, escalating where necessary

Requirements

  1. Be a motivated self-starter
  2. Strong organisational skills and ability to keep to deadlines
  3. Have a strong attention to detail and pride yourself on a high level of accuracy
  4. Great team player and communicator
  5. Experience of supporting a fast-paced project environment
  6. Sound knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  7. Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops & MS Teams advantageous
