HR Consultant (Full or Part-Time) - Sheffield - £27k - £30k + excellent benefits
We are seeking an experienced HR generalist to join our HR consultancy team. Working in a collaborative environment, you will have the opportunity to develop long-lasting client relationships with a variety of clients from diverse sectors.
As an HR advisor, you'll work closely with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their organisational objectives and culture. You will be comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels of our clients' organisations, assessing risk and providing expert support and guidance in a wide range of employee relations matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain excellent client relationships to ensure timely and high-quality HR advice is always maintained.
- Stay up-to-date with employment law and HR best practices to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Create and/or develop employee handbooks and policies that are legally compliant and tailored to the client's needs.
- Produce high-quality, legally compliant documentation promptly.
- Advise clients on a wide range of HR-related scenarios, including support for investigations, disciplinary or grievance procedures, and organisational change.
- Must have at least 2 years' experience working in a HR consultancy role.
- Proven experience in managing relationships and advising on HR-associated matters (grievance, disciplinary, performance management, etc.).
- A good understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- The ability to work with a diverse range of clients, to build relationships and become a trusted advisor.
- The capability to provide commercial advice that translates HR theory or employment legislation into workable recommendations for our clients by assessing risk and understanding our clients' business objectives.
- Ideally CIPD qualified or willing to work towards the qualification.
