Job Title: Associate Director

We are seeking an experienced and technically competent structural engineer to join our team as an Associate Director. As a key member of our higher management team, you will be responsible for leading and shaping our structural engineering department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead the structural team, overseeing project delivery and ensuring exceptional standards.
  • Delegating workloads, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and contributing to business development decisions.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve departmental performance.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives and drive company success.
Requirements:
  • Degree-qualified Chartered Structural Engineer with a strong track record of leadership and technical expertise.
  • Proven experience in managing teams, leading projects, and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Familiarity with BIM and Revit, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
