Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the structural team and lead department recruitment
* Delegate workloads and oversee project completion and delivery
* Liaise interdepartmentally and with fellow Associate Directors
* Ensure projects are delivered on time to exceptional standards
* Involve in business development and winning new work
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders as the face of the department
* Involve in staff training and professional development
* Contribute to wider business development decisions
* Be hands-on with projects where needed, bringing your technical competence to the forefront

Requirements:

* Degree qualified
* Chartered with IstructE
* High level of technical competency
* Buildings-oriented
* Familiar with BIM and Revit
* Experienced managing a team
* Thrives in a busy, bustling environment
* Experienced in business development (desirable but not essential)
* Familiar with Data centres (desirable but not essential)
