Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive occupational health services, including case management, fitness for work assessments, health surveillance, and health and wellbeing advice.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including network managers, SHE specialists, and HR advisers.
- Support the development of occupational health policies, standards, and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze service delivery metrics, including SLAs, KPIs, and health data.
- Collaborate with the OH technician to deliver health assessments and health surveillance programs.
- Broad experience in occupational health nursing.
- Competence in core health assessment tasks, including respiratory, audio, visual, vibration, and driving assessments.
- Experience in mental health and wellbeing assessments, including GAD7 and PHQ9.
- Ability to work in a remote team as a peripatetic practitioner.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to devise workable solutions to occupational health issues.
