M-Tec Engineering Solutions is a leading manufacturer seeking an experienced Tool Maker to join their Tooling department.

The ideal candidate will work from the manufacturing facility in Shropshire, UK.

Job Description

As a Tool Maker at M-Tec Engineering Solutions, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining existing tooling, identifying and addressing day-to-day tooling issues, cleaning production tooling to meet delivery and schedule goals, ensuring tooling is safe and production-ready, coordinating engineering changes and spare parts, designing and making tools, templates, and prototype parts, verifying tool conformance to specifications, and assembling and testing tools for proper operation.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, and life insurance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
