Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception desk, handling patient queries and providing information on services and procedures.
- Process patient registrations, updates, and cancellations.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and administrative systems.
- Assist with staff absences and holidays as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including Vision, Docman, SCI Store, SCI Gateway, Word, and Excel.
- Experience in a medical practice setting is preferred.
