Community Health Specialist

About the Role
We are excited to offer a unique rotational program for newly qualified and recently registered adult general nurses. This two-year program will provide you with the opportunity to work across a range of community-facing services, gaining valuable experience and skills that are different from traditional ward nursing.
During the rotation, you will have the chance to work in various settings, including in-patient rehab, end-of-life care, community nursing, urgent community response, and the nurse-led clinic. This will not only enhance your clinical skills but also provide you with leadership and management experience that will prepare you for future roles.
As part of our rotational program, you will receive a financial incentive to aid with any additional travel, living, or education costs associated with rotating staff members. We also offer flexible working options and a range of strategies to support people with family caring responsibilities.
About Us

Person Specification
We are looking for adult nurses who are either pre-registered or registered, with a good clinical knowledge and the ability to deliver a high standard of care. You will also need to have good communication skills and the ability to motivate others. A driving license with access to a vehicle for work is also essential.
