Shift Maintenance Specialist
Job Overview:Hunter Selection is seeking a skilled Shift Maintenance Specialist to join our client's team. As a Shift Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment and machinery across the manufacturing site.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and repair electrical and mechanical equipment, including automation, control panels, and PLCs
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, including PPMs and repairs
- Work on high-speed food production and packaging lines, robotics, and other equipment
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults, including pneumatics, motors, and hydraulics
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 qualified in engineering
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a maintenance or engineering role
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with PPM schedules and maintenance procedures
