Office Administrator to Managing Partner

This dynamic role involves providing administrative support to the Practice Director and non-fee earning support to the partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate partner meetings, including agendas, papers, IT setup, catering, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate European management meetings and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage office and travel insurances, risk registers, and regulatory requirements for London and European offices.
Requirements:
- Experience supporting board-level executives with confidentiality and discretion.
- High-level administrative support for M&A, BD, Marketing, and HR.
- Strong skills in managing complex diaries, workloads, and business relationships.
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
