Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at MKM Building Supplies. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in maximising sales by building strong relationships with customers and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quotations to customers and follow up on sales leads
  • Develop sales by proactively engaging with customers and identifying new business opportunities
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A good knowledge of building products and experience in a similar sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
