Charity Income Generation Specialist

As a Charity Income Generation Specialist at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies to support the hospital's charitable activities. You will be responsible for leading and managing events, building relationships with stakeholders, and identifying new opportunities for income generation.
To succeed in this role, you will require a strong understanding of fundraising principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You will also need to have a postgraduate diploma level qualification in marketing, sales, business studies, fundraising, team leadership or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute fundraising events
- Build and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders
- Analyze fundraising data and create reports using Microsoft applications
What We Offer:
