We are seeking an accomplished MEP Site Agent to lead our construction efforts on the UK's largest aviation infrastructure project. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in MEP packages to drive project success, ensuring timely completion, cost-effectiveness, and exceptional quality standards.

As a seasoned construction professional, you will oversee the installation of critical systems, manage site teams, and collaborate with subcontractors to achieve project objectives. Your extensive knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices will help mitigate risks and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements and Expectations
To excel in this position, you must possess:
1. Proven experience in managing construction projects, particularly in MEP packages
2. A strong understanding of aviation infrastructure projects, including airfield works, build, and civil MEP packages
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct site teams
4. A keen eye for detail, with a focus on quality control and assurance
5. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
