Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled MEP Site Agent to join our team at Calco Services. As an experienced professional in construction and civil engineering, you will play a crucial role in managing projects from start to finish.

In this position, you will oversee the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems on complex aviation infrastructure projects. Your expertise will ensure that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in working on large-scale construction projects, with a strong background in MEP packages. You will be responsible for supervising site teams, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety protocols.

As a key member of our delivery team, you will also contribute to project planning, budgeting, and risk assessment. If you possess exceptional problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding results, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate the installation of MEP systems on aviation infrastructure projects
* Supervise and mentor site teams to ensure high-quality work and adherence to health and safety guidelines
* Collaborate with subcontractors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
* Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management strategies
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies

Requirements and Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Site Agent or equivalent in the construction or civil engineering sector
* Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including design, installation, and testing procedures
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
* Experience in managing budgets, costs, and resources on large-scale projects
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
* Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
* Professional certifications, such as NEBOSH or CPCS, desirable but not essential
