- Full-time position with 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, with variable shift patterns between 6am - 8pm

- Prepare, cook, and serve meals to the highest standard
- Assist with the control and storage of all food types
- Monitor and record temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets, and serveries
- Ensure all handover procedures are completed
- Food Hygiene level 2 or higher
- One of the following catering qualifications or equivalent: BSC (Catering), MHCIM, HND, City & Guilds 706/1 and 2, NVQ level 2 and 3, CIEH level 2 qualification or equivalent
- Basic DBS Required
