We are seeking a skilled and motivated Culinary Specialist to join our team at Claro Barracks, Ripon. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of meals for our clients.

• Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
• Aid with menu planning and costings
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Follow recipe cards to prepare and serve meals
• Complete daily paperwork to ensure due diligence
• Assist with deliveries and stock checks
• Place food orders and maintain kitchen records
• Monitor and record temperatures of fridges, freezers, and hot cabinets
• Assist with daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans

• Previous experience in a similar food service environment
• Relevant culinary qualification
• Excellent team player and communicator
• Confident and skilled chef
• Flexibility and ability to innovate
