Reliability Engineering Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineering Lead to join our team at ARM. As a key member of our engineering capability team, you will be responsible for managing the relationship between engineering teams and the central function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain frameworks, plans, processes, and engineering approaches for Reliability, Maintainability, and Testability (R,M,&T) engineering and analysis.
  • Manage the relationship between engineering capability teams and the central function to influence current and longer-term skills, processes, and tools needed for R,M,&T engineering on a next-generation platform.
  • Represent the Supportability Engineering team at broader technical reviews, integration activities, and planning events.
  • Provide technical R,M,&T engineering guidance, advice, mentoring, and support to junior or less experienced engineers in the team.
  • Undertake R,M,&T analysis and engineering tasks to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable products.
