The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stakeholder engagement, communications, and team management, with a proven track record of delivering effective stakeholder engagement and communications strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies to support complex projects, including infrastructure and development projects.
  • Communications: Develop and deliver communications plans to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including local communities, statutory bodies, technical groups, and elected representatives.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of stakeholder engagement and communications professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the stakeholder engagement and communications services across AECOM.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, communications, and team management.
  • Strong understanding of industry sectors relevant to AECOM, including infrastructure, transport, energy, water, residential development, and commercial development.
  • Proven track record of delivering effective stakeholder engagement and communications strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexibly and travel when required to meet with clients and project teams.
