About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Workday Benefits Consultant to join our team at Kainos. As a key member of our Workday practice, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Workday solutions to our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with customers and shape and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  • Provide excellent consulting and guidance to customers, understanding their business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Workday products, including HCM and Benefits.
  • Lead and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, working closely with sales teams to drive growth.
Requirements
  • Workday HCM Certification
  • Workday Benefits Certification
  • Professional qualifications in relevant areas
  • Deep understanding of Workday products and their applications
  • Excellent customer focus, communication, and leadership skills
