About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Benefits Consultant to join our team at Kainos. As a key member of our Workday practice, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients, leveraging your expertise in Workday Benefits to drive business value and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and delivering solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and implement Workday Benefits strategies, leveraging your technical expertise to drive business outcomes.
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders on Workday Benefits best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Workday product developments, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth.

Requirements

  • Workday HCM Certification
  • Workday Benefits Certification
  • Professional qualifications in a related field
  • Deep understanding of Workday products and benefits
  • Excellent customer focus, communication, and project management skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in managing and mentoring teams
  • Ability to develop and deliver training programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
