Fisher German LLP, a leading UK-based infrastructure consultancy, is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Development Manager to join their team in Stafford.

This permanent role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including a discretionary bonus scheme, company car or car allowance, generous holiday scheme, and access to online money saving and mental health services.

The successful candidate will have MRICS or AssocRICS qualifications, excellent IT skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, and experience in building strong relationships and networking. As part of the team, you will be responsible for delivering projects for sustainable and long-lasting infrastructure across various sectors, including electricity, gas, water, fibre optics, oil, and renewables.

Key responsibilities include advising on and managing property requirements, providing land consultancy advice, liaising with landowners, and overseeing land referencing and statutory notices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry developments and be able to maintain professional teams and develop systems for high-quality service delivery.
