Infrastructure and Applications Specialist

Talent is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure and Applications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) function, you will be responsible for delivering specialist 3rd/4th line support for all core relevant aspects of our architectures, including core infrastructure and application delivery platforms.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Provide technical skills and knowledge to support the availability and performance of our core infrastructure application delivery platforms, databases, and data centres.
  2. Ensure the confidentiality, security, and integrity of our underlying infrastructure.
  3. Provide technical knowledge that facilitates incident, configuration, availability, capacity, continuity, and release management in line with agreed procedures.
  4. Assist the DDaT Manager (Infrastructure & Applications) in formulating strategic direction for the team.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an IT role with a focus on IT support, troubleshooting, incident management, change management, and incident reporting within the ITIL framework.
  • Strong foundation in Windows & Cloud Technologies, including Server, Active Directory, Microsoft operating systems, PKI, and Certificates.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working with Entra cloud administration platforms.
  • Experience supporting SaaS applications and their integration with Azure/Entra.
  • Proficiency in cloud infrastructure administration concepts, including storage and security, and knowledge of Sailpoint.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
