At Renewable Energy Systems, we're shaping the future of energy. As our Asset Acoustics Director, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of acoustic quality.

We offer an estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our competitive package includes pension schemes, flexible working, private healthcare, and 24 days' holiday, plus additional discretionary days.

The successful candidate will lead our acoustics team, providing strategic guidance and governance to ensure all acoustic activities meet our business needs. They'll be responsible for developing and maintaining acoustic methods, procedures, and tools, as well as maintaining strong links with national and international standards bodies.

You'll have a degree in Acoustics, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline, and significant experience in implementing best practices and policy. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative approach are essential.
