We are seeking an exceptional Autocentre Manager to lead and motivate their team to achieve and exceed realistic targets, ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
Our Autocentre Managers play a vital role in promoting and maintaining the Company image, acting as a brand ambassador, and delivering outstanding customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years relevant experience as a successful Autocentre Manager with excellent customer service skills, a desire to succeed, and the ability to develop and drive a successful team.
As an Autocentre Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Promoting and maintaining the Company image.
- Delivering outstanding customer service.
- Maximising volume to ensure profit and financial targets are met.
- Co-ordinating and controlling the work of Autocentre staff.
- Ensuring the security of stock and monies.
- Maintaining company house-keeping standards.
