Credit Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Ideal Personnel and Recruitment Solutions. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely collection of monies from our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor allocated accounts on the sales ledgers to ensure prompt collection of monies.
- Establish and maintain good customer relations with account holders at all levels.
- Follow up queries raised on invoices from customers, contacting relevant colleagues for information and instructions where necessary.
- Advise when any problems arise, specifically with regard to accounts which show signs of delinquency or of becoming a bad debt.
- Allocate credit balances and credit notes where necessary.
Working Arrangements: This role is working hybrid, with two days per week being office based and three days remote working. You will be working 37 hours per week. This role is initially offered as a temporary position, expected to last at least six months.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have a strong understanding of financial systems and procedures.
