Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our client's team. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for handling accounts receivable duties, ensuring timely collection of payments, conducting credit checks on new customers, and managing and resolving customer queries.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle accounts receivable duties, including invoicing and payment processing
* Ensure timely collection of payments from customers
* Conduct credit checks on new customers to assess their creditworthiness
* Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
* Monitor client account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
* Review and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Prepare reports detailing aged debt for management

Requirements

* An educational background in Accounting & Finance
* Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
* Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in using financial software
