Key Responsibilities
- Handling accounts receivable duties, ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Conducting thorough credit checks on new customers to assess their creditworthiness.
- Managing and resolving customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitoring client account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities, taking prompt action to resolve any issues.
- Reviewing and reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Preparing detailed reports highlighting aged debt for management review and decision-making.
- Complying with procedures and policies in accordance with company standards, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
A successful Credit Controller should possess:
- An educational background in Accounting & Finance, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Excellent numeracy skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
