Job Title: Channel and Partner Development Manager

Pivotal Partners is an exclusive partner of a leading DevOps platform with a $100 million valuation.

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales and Partnership Manager to join our EMEA team as we scale from 100 to 250 people by the end of 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily sales calls with potential partners to identify opportunities.
  • Manage the sales cycle, from initial discovery to deal closure, including pain point addressing, live demo sessions, and proof-of-concept cycles.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Participate in industry events, represent the company, and generate new leads to support the sales pipeline.
  • Monitor and report sales performance weekly to track progress against goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Channel Account Manager/Partner Sales selling to ISVs like Computacenter, Softcat, WWT, CDW, and Software One.
