About the Role:

The Channel Partner Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with key industry players. This individual will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with designated partners, developing executive business plans, and facilitating partnership execution between key players.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and Maintain Partner Relationships: Develop and maintain close and mutually beneficial relationships with designated partners across the partner ecosystem.
  • Develop Executive Business Plans: Collaborate with partners to develop executive business plans and strategies that support Intapp's growth strategy.
  • Facilitate Partnership Execution: Serve as the main point of contact between Intapp and partner executives, facilitating partnership execution between key players.
  • Manage Partner Metrics: Manage partner and channel program metrics to achieve the results Intapp expects from its partner and channel program.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure partners comply with product or integration certification programs and prescribed deployment approaches and methodologies.
  • Enable Partner Success: Facilitate partner success by deploying enablement and support resources, tools, and programs.
  • Navigate Competitive Partner Relations: Navigate competitive partner relations and position Intapp for future success.
  • Develop Co-Selling Plans: Develop and execute proper plans and incentives for partners to introduce Intapp products and solutions to their clients.
  • Research and Recruit New Partners: Research, recruit, and add new partners in growth areas and markets for Intapp.
  • Ensure Client Satisfaction: Help ensure client satisfaction with Intapp's partner ecosystem, its capabilities, and specific partners.
  • Report on Partner Performance: Report on partner performance and partner/channel program metrics.

Requirements:

  • Substantial Experience: Substantial experience managing a partner channel ecosystem in an enterprise software company supporting license sales growth and strategic services.
  • Strategic Selling: Ability to work directly with senior executives within our partner and Intapp, developing strategies to grow the business for both Intapp and Partner while providing our clients the highest level of services.
  • Partnership Strategy: Solid knowledge in building a partnership strategy, with an ability to partner across sales, product, and internal stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strategic Selling Experience: Solid experience and track record in strategic selling, delivering, and managing a portfolio of clients and projects.
  • Networking Skills: Proven ability to advance conceptual ideas and engage multiple stakeholders, internal and clients, to decision points.
  • Communication Skills: Superior written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to listen carefully and to communicate effectively within a diverse environment.
  • Dynamic Environment: Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Results-Oriented: Resourceful, results-oriented, and highly energetic.
  • Team Player: Self-starter and proven team player.
  • Negotiation Skills: Skills in negotiating, influencing, and conflict resolution.
  • Channel Partner Experience: Demonstrated success in Channel Partner Program roles (operational, sales, or program management) delivering complex client solutions within an enterprise software company preferred.
