Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Liverpool team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading project delivery, managing costs, and interacting with clients. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute to the collective success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Take charge of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Cost Management: Provide expert cost management services, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, while managing costs effectively across all project stages.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with both public and private sector clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring we exceed their expectations.
  • Mentoring: Guide and mentor junior members of the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with your colleagues across our Liverpool and Manchester offices, contributing to the collective success of our team.
About You
  • Proven Expertise: Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, with a successful track record of managing projects, ideally within a consultancy setting.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of various sectors within Real Estate such as museums, residential, life sciences, infrastructure, and more, with experience in different procurement routes and contract forms.
  • Leadership Skills: A collaborative spirit with the ability to lead projects and guide teams towards successful outcomes.
  • Relevant Qualifications: A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, along with membership in a relevant professional body (RICS or equivalent), is highly desirable.
