Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Regional EMEA P2P Lead to join our team at Informa. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the procurement and payment services team in the EMEA region, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Lead the P2P delivery team for the region, ensuring that the overall P2P performance meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and customer satisfaction targets.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute an effective P2P strategy for the region, aligning with Informa's overall business objectives.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in the P2P process, identifying opportunities for enhancement and implementing best practices.
- Vendor Management: Ensure that third-party vendors meet contractual SLAs and adhere to Informa's policies and controls.
- Team Development: Build and develop a high-performing team, focusing on technical and soft skill development, and ensuring succession planning.
- Performance Monitoring: Lead the monthly preparation and review of performance dashboards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions.
Requirements:
- Experience: Several years of experience in managing a large complex P2P team across multiple sites.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of SSC processes and their integration into the wider business environment.
- Qualifications: Strong academic background, with a qualified accountant or equivalent experience desirable.
