Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced P2P professional to lead our EMEA operations, driving performance and excellence in our purchase to pay processes. As Regional P2P Lead, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for P2P in EMEA, ensuring seamless end-to-end processes, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Management

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive P2P strategy for EMEA, aligning with global objectives and targets.
  • Lead a high-performing P2P team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective process design, implementation, and optimization.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with group policies and contractual SLAs.
  • Drive performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Process Improvement and Change Management

  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements, recommending and implementing best practices.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Lead change management initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition to new processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve overall process efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in P2P leadership roles, with a strong understanding of SSC processes and global transactional flows.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
