We're seeking a highly experienced Live-in Care Provider to join our team in Milton Keynes.
Job Overview:This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a dedicated team, providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide live-in care and support to individuals, tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
- To assist with daily activities, personal care, and support in managing conditions such as dementia, stroke, and Parkinson's.
- A minimum of 6 months' professional care experience in any care setting.
- A driver's licence is an advantage but not a requirement.
- All UK travel expenses covered whilst in placement.
- Funded Blue Light Card – giving access to discounts.
- Ongoing training and development, including level 2 diploma in working in care services and a level 3 award in awareness of dementia.
- Face-to-face induction training in London or Oxford (with hotel accommodation included).
- An online Carer Community to stay connected, share advice and best practice.
- CQC 'outstanding' team supporting you, 24/7, 365 days a year.
The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience.
