About the Role

This MET Technician/Strip Fitter position at Holt Recruitment involves working in a fast-paced body repair shop environment. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.

Main Duties:
  • Remove and refit parts to achieve exceptional body repair results
  • Dismantle and rebuild vehicles according to instructions from senior technicians
  • Identify and report unseen damage to estimates as soon as possible
  • Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet team goals and objectives
Requirements and Qualifications

Applicants for this position should possess relevant experience as a MET technician, preferably with time-served qualifications or NVQ level. Previous experience in vehicle dismantling and rebuilding is essential. While ATA certification is beneficial, it is not mandatory.

Salary Range

The annual salary for this position is estimated at £32,500, reflecting the value we place on your skills and expertise.
