Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Vehicle Coating Technician. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in refurbishment or accident repair, with strong paint spraying skills and the ability to manage their workload effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning and priming surfaces
- Apply high-quality coats of paint using spray guns
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and on time
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience in refurbishment or accident repair
- Strong paint spraying skills and knowledge of coating techniques
- Ability to self-manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively
- ATA and/or NVQ qualification advantageous but not essential
