About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our Field Sales team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in the Slough area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales pitches to secure new contracts
  • Manage and administer administrative tasks associated with the role, including data entry and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales initiatives and projects

Requirements:

  • Relevant sales experience and knowledge of the FMCG industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • A valid Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel frequently
