About Amelia Knight Cosmetics Ltd:
A leading FMCG company supplying private label and branded products to top retailers worldwide. We are a dynamic cosmetic and skincare company with significant year-on-year growth.
About the Role:
- Work in the fast-paced New Product Development department, reporting to the project management team to deliver projects to worldwide customers.
- Liaise with all areas of the business and our Chinese manufacturing facility to support project delivery.
- Support with briefing in design amends, arranging product and cosmetic samples, sample management, and helping with cosmetic colour selection.
- Review technical issues, liaise with suppliers, and source components and formulations.
- Work closely with the regulatory team to understand challenges and technical issues surrounding formulation developments, communication, and specifications.
Requirements:
- Previous NPD experience or experience in roles similar or related to Assistant Buyer, Buying Assistant.
- Keen interest in cosmetics & skincare and up-to-date with market trends.
- Good communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships across all areas of the business.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel & PowerPoint.
