Compensation: £38,000 - £48,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver comprehensive theatre arts lessons tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Foster students' acting, improvisation, and performance skills through engaging activities, workshops, and productions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative, interdisciplinary projects that promote student creativity and collaboration.
- Support students in their artistic endeavors, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them grow and improve.
- Stay current with best practices in theatre arts education to ensure high-quality instruction and learning experiences.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts, Drama, or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience teaching theatre arts at primary or secondary level, showcasing expertise in lesson planning and delivery.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students in their creative pursuits.
