Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a passion for the hospitality industry to join our team at De Vere Latimer Estate in Chesham.
As the Director of Sales, you will lead all proactive sales activity for the property, creating and implementing a cohesive and proactive Sales & Marketing plan. You will also play an active role in the development of the hotel's business plan, focusing on building long-term, profitable client relationships to enable revenue growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and win new MICE business and significantly grow existing customers
- Have a strong understanding of the UK market, particularly the meeting and conferencing market
- Experience within the hotel/hospitality sector and local M&E agency sector knowledge
- Naturally confident, highly driven, and focused with an ambitious nature
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £51,000 per year, plus uncapped sales commission and a £4,000 car allowance.
