Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our proactive sales activity and drive revenue growth at De Vere Latimer Estate in Chesham.
About the RoleAs the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a cohesive and proactive Sales & Marketing plan, focusing on building long-term, profitable client relationships to enable revenue growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and win new MICE business and significantly grow existing customers
- Play an active role in the development of the hotel's business plan
- Lead all proactive sales activity for the property
- Proven track record of developing and winning new MICE business
- Strong understanding of the UK market, particularly the meeting and conferencing market
- Experience within the hotel/hospitality sector
- Competitive salary: £45,000 - £51,000 per year plus uncapped sales commission & £4,000 car allowance
