Chef - Term Time Position

At Caterlink, we are seeking a highly organized and passionate individual to join our team as a College Chef. This is a varied role that requires the ability to work at multiple sites, covering absence and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service are maintained.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering an efficient service to our students while ensuring great customer service and high food safety standards. As a College Chef, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and cooking meals to the required standard, ensuring the company's reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with clients and customers.

You will also be responsible for producing menus, managing stock counts and ordering processes, and ensuring all food safety and health and safety procedures are applied continuously. Additionally, you will carry out company bookwork and contribute to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment for all teams.

Caterlink is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults and expects all employees to share this commitment. An enhanced DBS disclosure will be obtained for this role.
