About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Repair Specialist to join our team at Auto Skills UK.

As an Automotive Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles in line with manufacturers' specifications within a state-of-the-art Bodyshop.

You will utilise modern equipment and techniques to ensure high-quality repairs.

The ideal candidate will have served a recognised apprenticeship as a MET Technician/Strip Fitter and gained a technical qualification.

Previous experience working in a busy body shop is essential, and strong team player skills with self-motivation to earn bonus hours are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre.
  2. Follow correct repair techniques and produce work in line with factory specifications and customer satisfaction.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £42,000 - £55,000 per annum.
  • Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday.
  • Location: Wakefield.

Requirements:

  • Served a recognised apprenticeship as a MET Technician/Strip Fitter.
  • Gained a technical qualification (such as NVQ/VCQ/SVQ/ATA).
  • Previous experience working in a busy body shop.
  • Strong team player skills with self-motivation to earn bonus hours.
