Job Description:

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Care Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of our busy branches.

Your primary objective will be to ensure that all aspects of service delivery meet and exceed regulatory standards, while maintaining a strong focus on staff development and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage the branch's daily operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • To develop and implement effective quality assurance processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • To provide inspirational leadership to the Care Coordinator and Field Care Supervisor, promoting a positive and supportive team culture.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Maintaining relationships with commissioners and stakeholders, ensuring that our services meet their needs and expectations.
  • Supporting service development initiatives, contributing to the growth and expansion of our business.
  • Carrying out supervision and reviews, ensuring that all staff are equipped to deliver high-quality care.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Management/supervisory experience within a domiciliary/homecare setting.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance and Service Improvement.
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
Salary and Benefits:
