**Design Manager Wanted**
Our client, a leading contractor, is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead a new project in West London. The project involves a 380-unit, mixed-use high-rise RC Frame development. The successful candidate will have a Design Coordinator reporting to them and will be part of the Head of Design's team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead the design team for the project
* Collaborate with the Head of Design to develop the project's design strategy
* Ensure the project's design meets the client's requirements and industry standards
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in design lead RC Frame developments with a value of over £100m
* Strong leadership and project management skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
**What We Offer:**
* A competitive basic salary between £85k - £95k
* A full package and bonus system
