Job Overview: Sensible Locums is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients with neuro-related health conditions in a prestigious private hospital in Ledbury, Herefordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough health assessments and evaluations to develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and monitor their effects, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
  • Provide support and counseling to patients and their families, promoting a patient-centered approach to care.
  • Respond to psychiatric emergencies and provide crisis intervention as needed, working closely with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification.
  • Licensure: Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a mental health setting is essential, with a strong clinical and assessment background.
