Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Land and Partnerships Manager to join our team in the East Midlands region. As a senior member of our function, you will lead a team to acquire land in line with our five-year business plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of the regional business plan and land acquisition strategy for the region.
  • Proactively source, manage, and progress land and partnership opportunities for the Regional Business to facilitate delivery of the growth plans.
  • Identify, assess, pursue, and progress potential land and partnership opportunities suitable for the business.
  • Lead and supervise on bid submissions and take ownership of legal agreement negotiations on projects.
  • Lead and build a motivated and engaged team, developing team members by enabling and motivating them to be the best they can to support the growth of the business.
Requirements
  • Proven industry experience in planning and land acquisition.
  • Embodies our Keepmoat values: creative, resilient, collaborative, passionate, and straightforward.
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills, with experience in developing strategies and influencing senior decision makers.
  • Ability to manage effectively across functional teams and take a customer-focused approach.
