Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Land and Partnerships Manager to join our team at Keepmoat Homes. As a key member of our East Midlands region, you will be responsible for leading a team to acquire land in line with our five-year business plan.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the regional business plan and land acquisition strategy for the region. Reporting into the Land Director, you will proactively source, manage and progress land and partnership opportunities for the Regional Business to facilitate delivery of the growth plans.

You will also identify, assess, pursue and progress potential land and partnership opportunities suitable for the business, lead and supervise on bid submissions, and take ownership of legal agreement negotiations on projects.

Additionally, you will lead and build a motivated and engaged team, developing team members by enabling and motivating them to be the best that they can to support the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take care of your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by your work and adhere to the MCI / Keepmoat Health, Safety and Sustainability standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire land and partnerships that support the growth of the business.
  • Lead and manage a team of land and partnerships professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and assess potential land and partnership opportunities and progress them through the acquisition process.
  • Lead and supervise on bid submissions and take ownership of legal agreement negotiations on projects.

  • Proven industry experience in planning and land acquisition.
