Job Title: Senior Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team. As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for overseeing the Estimating team and tendering on commercial projects up to 15 million.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Estimating team in tendering on commercial fit-out projects up to 15 million.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure accurate project estimates.
  • Manage and maintain a high level of accuracy in estimating and tendering processes.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in estimating on commercial fit-out projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering accurate and competitive estimates.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and other estimating software.
