Proper Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced Estate Administrator to join our team. As a specialist in office support, you will be responsible for handling various tasks related to sales and lettings processes.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for communicating with clients, conducting market research, and supporting administrative tasks. Additionally, you will build strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience and encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Full UK driving license preferable
  • Industry-recognised qualifications advantageous but not essential
  • Strong timekeeping and time management skills

Salary and Benefits:

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
