We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Edenbridge, Kent. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live their best lives.

What You Will Do

  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Encourage and support individuals to engage in activities and hobbies that promote their physical and mental wellbeing.
  • Work flexible hours, including early and late shifts, to ensure that our service users receive the support they need.

Requirements

  • Experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Valid driving license and access to a car (desirable).
